This 4 week series is also a great refresher course for more experienced yogis looking to reconnect with the basics.
Intro to Vinyasa: Start or Re-Start
Alignment and asana focused series builds your practice from the ground up. Learn breathing, pose structure and how/when/why to use yoga props. Each 90 minute class builds on the previous one preparing students to step confidently onto the mat.
All levels welcome.
Pre-Registration is Required.
