Yoga + Farm to Table

Yoga + Farm to Table - Our signature farm to table dinner and yoga event. Begin with a relaxing yoga class taught by Hilary Steinberg and Erica Nealon, followed by a decadent four course farm to table feast prepared by Donna Fitzgerald Vannan using food from local farms. Taste, smell and digest in a heightened state of awareness.

4 Week Beginners Series

This series introduces beginners to power Vinyasa yoga. It is also a fantastic refresher course for more experienced yogis. Each class builds on the previous one, allowing the foundations of Vinyasa yoga and the physical and mental benefits to unfold. All levels welcome, must be pre-registered.

Games, storytelling, music and art engage the energy & enthusiasm of a child. Camp will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking and environmental awareness.

Arm Balance Workshop

Explore the cornerstones of successful hand balances. Learn principles of alignment in a safe approachable way, build core strength, enhance strength & stability in your shoulders, forearms and wrists, as well as improve focus and concentration.

We will practice sequencing variations, modifications, variations, injury management/prevention and guidelines for safe transitions.

Her positive energy and encouragement has guided me from being a total beginner to having strength, balance, and flexibility (physically and mentally) that I didn’t think possible. The beginners series really taught me the how’s and, more important, why’s of breathing and basic poses. Yoga/Pilates/conditioning is challenging and fun....if you want to work up a sweat, I recommend this class!!! At the studio, Hilary teaches Slow Flow to students with a wide range of experience and ability in every class. She guides each individual to make the class their own. This has carried over to her online classes as well. Finally, Hilary’s calm and relaxing instruction in Yin and restorative classes are a great way to end the day!!!”
